Orphans from Lira and Katakwi

Uganda

A local pastor, Peter Obua, was formerly a soldier when he found out he was HIV positive. He then had an amazing experience with Jesus, which changed his life. He has since been healed from AIDS, and he and his family have committed their lives to caring for over 200 street children and orphans from Lira and Katakwi.

Over the past two years, we have collected and donated warm jackets, shoes, and salable items, which have translated into school fees and food. We have also been able to contribute goat meat, flour, milk, and macaroni, all of which have been greatly appreciated by this team.
